Have four manufacturing plants at Daman for different parts of Wind Energy Converter and concrete tower segment manufacturing facilities at Sadodar, Gujarat and at Shirhatti (near Hubli) at Karnataka.
More than 3500 employees are working for EIL.
At present manufactures and markets two models (E – 48 and E – 53).
Enercon’s turnover was 2700 crores in the year 2007-08.
